Edward E. Lawler, Jr., began his career in 1982 as a law clerk to the United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi, and has experience in all aspects of creditor's rights.

J. Mark Franklin, III, has been involved in lender liability defense and business litigation since 1987.
